The DC Office in Okara needed a better way to water its lawn and green spaces. Previously, the staff relied entirely on manual hosing. They wanted a consistent, automated irrigation network. The grounds feature a walking path, a gazebo, seating benches, and a children’s play area. OK Electrical stepped in to design the piping route, supply the components, and install the entire system without disrupting these existing features.
With the network in place, sprinkler heads across the DC Office lawn were seen distributing water over the grass, including the area near the playground and benches. The result is a lawn that no longer depends on manual watering: coverage is more even, the piping sits out of sight beneath the grass, and the DC Office team is left with a lower-maintenance way to keep the grounds green.

We needed to water the full lawn without damaging the surrounding pathways or structures.
OK Electrical reviewed the layout of the grounds with the DC Office team, noting where coverage was needed most, particularly around the play area and the stretch bordering the walking track. This helped shape a piping route that reached the lawn evenly while steering clear of the gazebo footing, bench positions, and swing set.
The piping network and sprinkler head positions were mapped to the specific shape of the lawn rather than a standard layout, taking into account the gazebo, benches, and play equipment already on site. The team adjusted the layout using the client’s input so the final arrangement matched how the space is actually used.
Once the layout was approved, OK Electrical procured the required components, PVC piping, connecting fittings, and sprinkler heads, and arranged their delivery to the site ahead of installation.
OK Electrical’s technical team carried out the ground work, opening trenches along the planned route to lay the piping beneath the lawn surface. Fittings and joints were connected along these runs, and sprinkler heads were fixed at the marked points before the trenches were backfilled and the surface reinstated.
Once the layout was approved, OK Electrical procured the required components, PVC piping, connecting fittings, and sprinkler heads, and arranged their delivery to the site ahead of installation.
